Middle East Stepping Forward (MESF)
This is an international project that aims to improve the quality of life of populations with motor disabilities. It implements SoM's developments in order to improve the functional status of Middle East adolescents with CP and adults with Hemiplegia. The intention of MESF is to establish a Middle East “cross-borders platform” for innovative disability monitoring and rehabilitation and its subsequent dissemination to clinicians and researchers in the area. The six rehabilitation centers – from Israel, Jordan, Morocco, Egypt, Italy and the Palestinian Authority are collaberating on the project. The seventh partner, the Cerebral Palsy International Research Foundation (CPIRF), provides scientific monitoring and all other kinds of support.

Self Mobility Improvement in the eLderly by counteractING falls (SMILING)
SMILING is an international consortium within the frame of EU-FP7. The consortium was initiated by Step of Mind Ltd in order to implement SoM’s theoretical and practical experience, to counteract falls in the elderly. Top companies, universities and hospitals from Italy, Israel, the Netherlands, Slovakia, Switzerland, and the UK participate in the consortium along with SoM. The SMILING consortium developed and tested a training system designed to be managed directly by the person undergoing training, according to a personalized training program.
About 100 elderly persons used the SMILING system in four countries for the evaluation of its efficacy in improving mobility and preventing falls.
SoM is in charge of scientific coordination of the SMILING consortium.
